As a Commercial Coordinator, you’ll work cross-functionally to support the execution of product launches, gather and manage data, coordinate samples and tastings, and help maintain product documentation.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support new product development processes by coordinating timelines, samples, and documentation.
• Assist in organizing and tracking product tastings and supplier samplings with cross-functional partners.
• Maintain accurate product data and specifications in systems and shared databases.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal teams regarding product status, lead times, and packaging specs.
• Collaborate with QA, Procurement, and Operations to ensure seamless product onboarding and updates.
• Help coordinate packaging proof approvals and ensure alignment with branding guidelines.
• Prepare and distribute reports, meeting recaps, and documentation as needed.
• Participate in competitor analysis, trend tracking, and store visits to stay current on market innovations.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field or minimum of 4 years of experience 
• Knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

All corporate positions are required to work onsite at the office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week.
