Team will be expected to push the limits of construction technology and techniques, and as such will have direct feedback contact with designers, project managers, and business developers related to the program. Skills in all areas of electrical are not necessarily required but the job can and will involve a variety of electrical disciplines. A strong candidate willbe open minded, and mission driven.

What You’ll Do

Display apositive attitude and practice good work ethic reflective of the mission,philosophy, and goals of the company
Expressleadership and being proactive when handed new projects, experience in trackingmaterial, keeping the job sites clean and organized for efficiency and safetypurpose
Consultingmanuals, read, interpret, and use complex electrical schematics and blueprintsto plan work scopes, install requested improvements, and troubleshoot andcorrect problems
Complete tasks ina timely manner and provide feedback, ability to use technology i.e. basiccomputer literacy
Additional dutiesrequired as needed, attend new hire training as well as ongoing trainingsessions and weekly team meetings on new products, installation methodology andsafety
Maintain a cleanjob site while delivering exceptional customer experience at each installation
Electrical wiringof solar array/system (AC and DC) including layout and assist in the assembly of solarmodules / array, mounting hardware, and electrical equipment
What You’ll Bring

1 year min experience leadinga solar crew
Ability to safelyhandle power tools, hand tools as well as materials such as ladders, inverters,solar panels, panel boards, batteries and other similar electrical equipment,lumber, roofing materials, etc
Commercial solarexperience preferred
Excellentproblem-solving skills
Excellent attendanceis essential for the team to achieve success
Travel betweenprojects is mandatory and will vary dependent on business needs, employees mustbe able to travel for up to 2 weeks at a time, several times a year to variouslocations within the US
Valid Driver’s License required

Expected Compensation
$19.30 - $46.28/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
