About the Role
The US Commercial Director will be instrumental in retaining, developing and growing relationships and business with our strategic customers in the Americas.
The successful candidate will be responsible for growing revenue within an existing portfolio of customer accounts through adding new products and upselling services, as well as driving revenue retention from these customers. The role will come with targets for 1) Growing Annual Recurring Revenue and 2) Revenue Retention.
This is an excellent opportunity to join the growing business of Comply365, an exciting combination of market leaders in operational content management, safety management, training management and data intelligence technologies, serving the global aviation, defense and rail industries, with a stellar customer base of 300+ customers in 40+ countries in 6 continents worldwide.
With responsibility for account strategy, relationships and revenue, we are seeking a US Account Director to build effective senior relationships at our customers, represent our customer’s business priorities and liaise with all departments of Comply365 to ensure optimum Customer Satisfaction and growth.
This is an exciting role that offers the experience of working with global airlines in the region.
Please note this role is based in the US near our hubs of either Beloit, Orlando, or Dallas.
