Our client is a global hotel group, recruiting a Commercial Director for a brand-new luxury property in Tokyo. This is an opportunity to play a key leadership role in pre-opening, launch, and post-launch stages of a major property.

Responsibilities:

Lead & manage the commercial team.

Formulate and implement commercial strategies across various channels and market segments.

Lead collaborative efforts across departments.

Work with the Food & Beverage, Operations, and General Management teams to optimize revenue in all service areas.

Develop sales and pricing strategies.

Coordinate marketing and promotional activities.

Develop revenue management strategies.

Qualifications:

At least 9 years of experience in commercial roles within the hotels / hospitality / travel industry.

3 years of experience in a senior leadership / management role.

Proven ability to develop business and sales strategies.
