Commercial Door & Hardware Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial door, frame, and hardware projects in Norfolk from kickoff through closeout
• Schedule and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries efficiently
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and hardware schedules for accuracy and compliance
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, change orders, and documentation
• Serve as primary point of contact for general contractors, owners, and internal teams to ensure project scope and deadlines are met
• Implement workflow improvements and best practices to enhance project efficiency and outcomes

• 5+ years of experience in commercial door, glass, or related construction fields
