Job Description - Commercial Door Technicians

Overhead Door Company of Little Rock™, a DH Pace Company, Inc. in Little Rock, Arkansas, is a leader in the commercial door business. We are seeking Commercial Door Technicians. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, with experience troubleshooting and have good customer service skills. Valid driver's license required with a good driving record. If you have experience working with commercial doors including roll-up doors, high-speed doors, door hardware, dock equipment, dock levelers, or any similarly skilled trades in the commercial construction industry, please apply!


Job Responsibilities:



  • Service, repair, install, and perform maintenance requests on commercial door hardware.

  • Identify opportunities to sell and quote products/services to customers.

  • Maintain a safe working environment and ensure that the job site is clean and clear of debris.

  • Provide excellent customer service on every job.

  • Other duties as assigned


Job Requirements:



  • High school diploma or GED preferred 

  • Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs. independently; the ability to bend, climb, and stand for an extended amount of time.

  • 1 year of commercial door experience preferred

  • Must be mechanically and technically inclined

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
