We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Electrician Foreman to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial electrical systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. The foreman will oversee a team of electricians, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of electricians in various commercial projects.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate electrical work activities.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Ensure a safe working environment and adherence to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
Qualifications:
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial electrical work.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
