Property Accountant Responsibilities

Provide back-up and support to the Fund Controller and Assistant Controller as needed.
Maintain, reconcile and record monthly third-party property management accounting.
Prepare special reports and projects, collect, analyze and summarize information and trends.
Assist in preparing year-end and quarterly financial statements for investment funds.
Maintain confidentiality and protect the operations by keeping information confidential.

Property Accountant Qualifications

BS degree in Accounting/Finance.
3+ years of experience in real estate accounting.
Yardi experience is a plus
High proficiency in Excel software.
