In this critical role, you will support revenue growth and margin optimization through rigorous financial analysis and business partnership. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue Management, and Business Analytics, providing data-backed insights that drive decisions in a rapidly growing environment. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong financial modeling skills and the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership. Accountabilities
- Own the development and maintenance of commercial finance dashboards, reports, and analytical tools.
- Ensure accurate revenue, trade, and margin reporting in monthly financial statements and management reporting.
- Analyze actuals versus plan for volume, mix, pricing, trade, and margin across customers and products.
- Support quarterly business reviews and other leadership presentations with financial narratives and insights.
- Partner cross‑functionally to align definitions, assumptions, and metrics in commercial reporting.
- Continuously improve data quality, reporting processes, and system outputs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Revenue Management, Trade Management, Financial Planning & Analysis, or related quantitative field.
- Advanced in Excel, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
- Familiarity with financial planning applications, NetSuite, BI, and CRM is a plus.
- Exemplary collaboration skills.
- Outstanding communication (both verbal and written) and relationship management skills.
