Commercial Fleet Management Inside Salesperson

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate for this position will maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring a seamless client experience, proactive communication, and data driven support for clients that result in fleet penetration and client tenure.
Responsibilities:
Manage client on-boarding and provide ongoing support, including training, account setup, and implementation of fleet services and tools.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, timely updates, value, and engagement.
Partner with sales and internal pod teams to support demos, penetration opportunities, post-sales meetings, and lead follow-up.
Oversee vehicle life-cycle management, including acquisition and decommissioning, ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance.
Advise on and support fleet and financial solutions, including TRAC leases, financing, purchase options, and fleet management products.
Ensure accurate billing and financial support, including submissions of TTL and invoicing data and timely responses to wire transfer inquiries.
Monitor fleet performance and reporting, delivering client-facing insights on utilization's, cost-per-mile, fuel efficiency, and service compliance.
Maintain accurate CRM and fleet records, ensuring account, contact, and asset data is current.
Identify issues and drive continuous improvement, proactively escalating risks, analyzing trends, and recommending process enhancements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Support to align on account strategy, service quality, and retention.
Qualifications:
Proficiency working with Salesforce, including leads, Accounts, Opportunities, and other web-based products.
Familiarity with Fleetio and other web-based software products is a plus.
Highly responsive to client needs, delivering fast, consistent, and effective support.
Strong process discipline, with the ability to manage CRM workflows, cadences, and data accuracy.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal pod partners, vendors, and clients.
Adaptable and flexible, able to pivot priorities based on client, vendor, and team needs.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks throughout the day and week to consistently meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
Strong organizational skills, attention to details, and a basis for action with a service-oriented approach.
