Location: Olathe Fleet, Olathe, KS 

Pay Range: $22-$24 an hour

Hours: M-F, 8-5

Position Overview:  

The ideal candidate for this role will handle profit reconciliations, chassis receivables, journal entries, and rebates while supporting strong relationships with Chevy, GMC, and Mercedes partners. 

Responsibilities: 

• Take ownership of profit schedules reconciliations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting 


• Manage Chassis receivables from end to end, keeping payments on track and resolving discrepancies 


• Prepare and post journal entries as part of the monthly accounting cycle, supports a smooth and efficient close


• Process and track manufacture rebates, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks 


• Build strong working relationships with Chevy,GMC,and Mercedes partners, serving as a trusted financial point of contact 

Requirements:  

• 
  

  Experience in light accounting is preferred  

  
  

• 
  

  Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and listening communication skills 

  
  

• 
  

  Proven customer service experience with a professional and positive attitude  

  
  

• 
  

  Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  Resourceful, proactive and able to problem-solve effectively
