You will be the steward of the vehicles that carry our experts to the customers who need them most.

Your Impact (Responsibilities)

• Fleet Readiness: Manage the full lifecycle of JMEE vehicles (service vans and trucks), ensuring every vehicle is safe, stocked, and ready for dispatch.


• Proactive Maintenance: Develop and oversee a rigorous preventative maintenance schedule to minimize "down-days" and ensure our technicians never miss a service call due to vehicle failure.


• Compliance & Safety: Maintain all DOT records, vehicle registrations, and inspections. Lead our fleet safety program by monitoring driving data and promoting a culture of safe driving.


• Inventory Coordination: Work closely with the warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure vehicles are properly equipped with the necessary low-voltage tools and safety gear.


• Budget Oversight: Monitor fuel efficiency, repair costs, and GPS telematics to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety.

What Makes You a Great Fit (Qualifications)

• Experience: 3-5+ years in fleet management or a high-level logistics role (experience with service-based trade fleets like HVAC, Electrical, or Fire Safety is a major plus).


• Location: Must be local to the Pflugerville/North Austin area to oversee onsite vehicle status.


• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with GPS tracking software (e.g., Titan Tracking) and fleet maintenance platforms.
