As a Commercial Furniture Installer at Innovate Commercial Interiors, you’ll be part of the team that transforms workspaces from concept to completion. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

Installation & Assembly 

• Safely load, transport, and unload furniture and equipment. 

• Assemble and install furniture including desks, chairs, cubicles, shelving, and tables. 

• Follow layout plans and installation instructions with accuracy and attention to detail. 

• Ensure all installations meet quality and safety standards. 

• Address and resolve minor installation issues on-site in a timely manner. 

Quality & Safety 

• Adhere to all company safety protocols and best practices. 

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at job sites. 

• Inspect installations to verify proper assembly, alignment, and stability. 

Communication & Collaboration 

• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and clients. 

• Coordinate with team leads or supervisors to ensure smooth project execution. 

• Provide feedback on site conditions, progress, or any issues encountered.

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS 

1. Skilled in using power tools, dollies and dock equipment. 

     2. Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy items (150+ lbs).

     3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability. 

     4. Reliable transportation to and from job sites. 

     5. Willingness to work flexible hours and possible overtime. 
 

 PREFERRED SKILLS 

1. Experience in furniture installation, construction, or related fields preferred. 

     2. Ability to read and interpret floor plans and assembly instructions. 

WORK ENVIRONMENT 

1. Steel-toed boots must be worn daily. 

     2. Work is performed at various client locations including office buildings, schools, and healthcare facilities. 

     3. Physical activity includes standing, bending, lifting, and moving furniture for extended periods.
