Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure new commercial glazing projects in the Waupun area
• Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, architects, and building owners
• Prepare precise estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for storefronts, curtain walls, and other glazing systems
• Present tailored product solutions aligned with project specifications
• Negotiate pricing, project scope, and contract terms with clients
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure seamless execution
• Maintain and track sales pipeline activity, proposal follow-ups, and client communications

• Proven experience in commercial glazing or building materials sales
