Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, pursue, and secure new commercial glazing projects in Lomira and surrounding areas
• Build lasting relationships with general contractors, architects, and building owners
• Create detailed estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for storefronts, curtain walls, and other glazing systems
• Present customized product solutions that meet project specifications
• Negotiate pricing, project scope, and contract agreements with clients
• Coordinate with project managers and field teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Track sales activity, follow up on proposals, and maintain consistent client communication

• Demonstrated experience in commercial glazing or building materials sales
