Commercial Groundskeeper

We are actively seeking a full-time/part-time groundskeeper position to grow our commercial department! Candidates must be able to drive to multiple locations throughout the day and accommodate seasonal transitions. We are looking for a candidate that is positive, independent and has clear communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining exterior spaces and common areas of commercial properties


• Excellent customer service when interacting with residents and coworkers


• Trash and debris removal


• Breezeway housekeeping


• Seasonal snow and ice removal


• Flower and tree maintenance


• Dog waste and cigarette butt removal


• Assisting Maintenance Tech with duties as needed

Compensation and classification are determined by Senior Manager and may be adjusted based on operational needs.
