What You’ll Do:

• Install, repair, and refinish hardwood flooring in commercial spaces.
  

• Measure and cut materials precisely to ensure a perfect fit.
  

• Prepare installation sites by cleaning, leveling, and ensuring a flawless base.
  

• Assess subfloor conditions and make necessary adjustments for a smooth installation.
  

• Apply adhesives, fasteners, and finishing touches for a polished result.
  

• Troubleshoot flooring issues and provide expert solutions.
  

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  

• Deliver outstanding customer service and professionalism.
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in commercial hardwood floor installation.
  

• Expertise in various hardwood types, installation methods, and finishing techniques.
  

• Ability to operate and maintain installation tools and equipment.
  

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  

• Commitment to safety and adherence to industry protocols.
  

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  

• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and equipment.
  

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industry certifications in hardwood floor installation and refinishing.
  

• Experience leading a team on commercial flooring projects.
