Tonna Mechanical is looking for an Experienced Commercial HVAC Foreman in Rochester, MN.

$30 - $50/hr based on experience and qualification; room for advancement. Apply now in minutes!

Hours of operation are from 7 am – 5 pm Monday through Thurday. Fridays and overtime hours may be required. Applicants may be required lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs, and ladders, have a valid driver’s license, pass a background check, drug screens, and training requirements.

Requirements

Applicant Must Have:

• Experience leading Commercial projects/replacements and managing a team.
• Must be able to effectively and professionally communicate with general contractors and apprentices.
• Understanding of mechanical drawings and symbols.
• Basic knowledge of current mechanical codes.
• Experience measuring and submitting duct fittings for fabrication.
• Ability to effectively organize materials needed and schedule manpower accordingly.
• Knowledge of Commercial HVAC equipment and ductwork installations.
• Highly organized, attention to detail, with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• 1+ years’ experience running projects/replacements
• Basic knowledge of project management and progression of the construction process.
• Strong desire to continue to grow and expand knowledge and abilities of the trade.
• A competitive individual contributor who is a team player.
• Highly motivated, self-starter who’s flexible and has a great attitude.
• Clean, safe driving record.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
