What You'll Do

• Service and repair a wide range of HVAC equipment, including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, and heat pumps.


• Carry out scheduled maintenance and system inspections to maximize performance and equipment life.


• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults across HVAC systems.


• Swap out or repair failed components — motors, compressors, fans, thermostats, and more.


• Read and apply wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.


• Keep customers and teammates informed of service findings and recommendations.


• Complete accurate service records covering work performed, parts installed, and system status.


• Follow all applicable safety standards, local codes, and company procedures.

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical training or certification a plus.


• 4+ years of field experience as an HVAC Service Technician or comparable role.


• Solid working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components.


• EPA 608 Universal Certification required.


• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documents.


• Sharp troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.


• Clear communicator with strong customer-facing instincts.


• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between job sites.

Preferred Qualifications

• NATE certification or equivalent credential.


• Commercial HVAC background.


• Experience using digital service platforms or mobile work order tools.
