Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with commercial HVAC systems, including boilers, chillers, RTUs, AHUs, cooling towers, and pumps. While we prefer candidates with 5+ years of experience, we’re willing to train motivated technicians who have a solid foundation and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC equipment
• Service and troubleshoot boilers, chillers, rooftop units (RTUs), air handling units (AHUs), cooling towers, pumps, and other related systems
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate clearly with clients and the office team
• Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner
• Follow company safety protocols and industry best practices
• Participate in on-call rotation and occasional after-hours work as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC experience preferred
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems and components, including boilers, chillers, and cooling towers
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments (rooftops, mechanical rooms, etc.)
