Position Overview

We are actively seeking experienced Commercial HVAC Technicians to join our team. Our technicians enjoy consistent full-time work (40+ hours/week, year-round) and access to professional growth through factory and in-house training. Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, service, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with pneumatic and DDC controls, built-up systems, boxcars, and chillers
• Complete work orders efficiently and accurately
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams
• Maintain a professional, customer-first approach on all job sites
• Uphold company safety and quality standards

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC service
• Experience working with pneumatic and DDC controls, built-up systems, boxcars, and chillers
• Valid California Driver’s License and clean DMV record
• Clean background check
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and within a team
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
