Commercial HVAC Service Technician

This is a full-time, direct placement role at Alliance Mechanical.

What You’ll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, emergency repairs, and installations on commercial HVAC systems (rooftop units, chillers, boilers, refrigeration)
• Respond fast—with union-scale compensation—for 24/7 emergency service.
• Collaborate across service, installation, and maintenance teams for smooth client operations.

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience 
• EPA Universal Certification (mandated)  
• Must belong to or be eligible for participation in union benefits and pay scale
