This position will be with HVAC Services, working as part of the Green Mechanical family.

What You'll Do:

As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you’ll play a vital role in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems on a wide range of commercial and industrial projects. You’ll work closely with customers, field staff, and supervisors to ensure systems run smoothly and reliably.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial/industrial HVAC systems, including multi-zone heating and cooling.


• Perform startups and warranty service for a variety of commercial systems.


• Inspect, test, and repair components such as compressors, motors, fans, and controls.


• Service refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, and humidity control systems.


• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schematics.


• Communicate with customers and provide service recommendations.


• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.


• Assist in HVAC and plumbing system installations as needed.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of commercial HVAC experience.


• EPA Universal Certification (required).


• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.


• Familiarity with boiler systems is a plus.


• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.


• Capable of working independently and delivering excellent customer service.


• Must pass a background check and drug screen.


• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
