Commercial HVAC Technician Pay Range (Full-Time/Hourly): $25-$38

Actual Pay depends on experience, certifications, skills test and skill level – NO SALES!

Commercial HVAC Technician Responsibilities:

Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches

Manage and perform all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks

Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions

Document processes. Completes required paperwork and collects payment when necessary

Operate vehicle in a safely manner. Maintains organization of vehicle and company tools

Puts the customer first and makes appropriate recommendations in accordance to GUNTHERS company policies

Follows all GUNTHERS Safety Standards

Builds positive relationships with customers and team

Maintains a positive attitude and supports GUNTHERS Core Values and Mission

Completes any additional tasks or work required from Supervisor

Commercial HVAC Technician Qualifications:

2+ years in residential or commercial service required

EPA and RMGA certification required

High School Diploma, or GED

Must be professional and have exceptional communication skills

Follows Gunthers dress and grooming polices. For the safety and respect of our customers, Gunthers is a SMOKE-FREE environment - No smoking or vaping

Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record

Compensation: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour
