Commercial Insulator Foreman

Job Overview
The Commercial Insulator Foreman will supervise day-to-day field operations, coordinate labor and materials, review project plans, enforce safety requirements, and support the successful delivery of insulation projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical insulation knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks on active jobsites.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of insulation crews
• Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to guide work accurately
• Enforce OSHA and company safety procedures
• Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions to keep schedules on track
• Communicate consistently with project managers, contractors, and crew members
• Train and mentor team members to build skills and performance
• Maintain organized jobsites, ensuring proper material handling and equipment use
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and client expectations

• Extensive experience in commercial or industrial insulation with at least 3 years in a foreman or supervisory role

• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

• Proven ability to maintain a safe, productive, and high-quality jobsite

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
