ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Commercial Insurance Producer with Archer Insurance Agency, you will play a key role in driving new business growth by offering tailored commercial insurance solutions to businesses. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with prior insurance experience and a current Property & Casualty (P&C) license. If you excel at building relationships, identifying client needs, and closing deals, we want to hear from you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Proactively generate leads and develop a strong pipeline of commercial insurance prospects.

Identify client needs and present customized property and casualty insurance solutions.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.

Meet or exceed sales targets while upholding professionalism and industry best practices.

Stay current on industry trends, policy options, and regulatory changes.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and renewals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have prior insurance experience.

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required.

Proven sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
