Commercial Insurance Producer

This role involves generating prospects, establishing strong relationships, and consulting on business matters to close deals effectively.

• Generate own prospects and maintain pipelines 
• Network effectively to establish credibility 
• Consult on business matters and close deals independently
• Handle Main Street Business, Small to Mid-Size Commercial accounts, county and municipality clients, and contractors

• Prefer candidates with independent agency experience 
• Open to captive agents, but must understand captives are entry-level 
• Willingness to report to an office or client promptly 
• Ideally located within an hour of Wenatchee
