Newtek Insurance Agency, is a retail and wholesale brokerage insurance agency licensed in all 50 states, specializing in the sale of commercial and health/benefits lines insurance products to the SMB market as well as various personal lines of insurance.
As Insurance Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team, and fostering strategic relationships within the insurance industry. Responsible for goal/objective setting, coach/mentor, monitor performance, career development and provide ongoing training to include internal and external product knowledge distribution and sales techniques. Monitor and drive the P&C team and agency management to achieve overall agency growth and targeted sales goals. Collaborate with regional sales team and Marketing to increase lead flow and enhance marketing product management. Utilize internal systems to strengthen effective processes and efficiencies, research, assist, and document team performance and periodically report back to senior management.

Salary range for this position is $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year.
