We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Kitchen Equipment Service Technician to join our dynamic team.
you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, fryers, and more. You will work directly with our clients to diagnose issues and provide timely, efficient solutions, ensuring that kitchen operations run smoothly and safely.
Duties & Responsibilities:•
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on commercial kitchen equipment.
•Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning kitchen equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing components.
•Install new kitchen equipment and ensure it operates according to manufacturer specifications.
•Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and friendly attitude with clients.
•Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used.
•Maintain a safe working environment by following safety procedures and guidelines.
•Stay current with the latest industry trends and equipment technologies.
·Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Required Skills & Experience:
·A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. We must run License and be cleared by our insurance company prior to the on boarding process
·A clean driving record with Motor Vehicle Department (MVD) at least 3 years old.
·Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
·Ability to follow instructions and perform tasks accurately and efficiently in a high-volume repair shop environment.
·Excellent customer service skills along with strong verbal communication skills.
·Excellent problem solving skills along with strong math skills; ability to calculate parts numbers and quantities are a must!
Background Check: Yes, 3year felony background check and lifetime sex offender. No pending felony cases and no warrants.
Drug Screen: Yes, a 10-panel pre-employment drug screen.
Schedule: Will be discussed with on boarding, On-call rotation once per month
