Job Overview
HLS Landscaping is seeking an experienced Commercial Landscape Maintenance Chemical Applicator to join our team. HLS has been in the commercial landscape business for 50 years. This role is responsible for applying fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides to commercial properties while ensuring safety, compliance, and high-quality service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides to commercial landscapes
Follow all Texas state regulations and safety guidelines for chemical application
Maintain accurate application records and reports
Inspect properties and identify pest, weed, or turf issues
Operate and maintain application equipment
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Requirements

Knowledge of turf, plants, pests, and treatment methods
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and safety practices
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on commercial properties
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
2 years of experience in landscape chemical application
