Commercial Law Firm Accountant - Hiring Fast

Our client is seeking an experienced Accountant for their commercial law firm. This role directly reports to the CEO and is responsible for the accounting, payroll, taxes, and financial reporting of the law firm.

Commercial Law Firm Accountant Compensation and Benefits -

• Annual salary between $75-$90k
• Health, dental, and vision insurance
• Paid Time Off (PTO) program
• 401(k) plan

Commercial Law Firm Accountant Requirements -

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least five years of professional experience
• Proficient with GAAP principles
• Advanced MS Excel skills

Commercial Law Firm Accountant Responsibilities -

• Oversee all accounting staff by directing them to ensure all systems are current and in compliance with legal requirements in all markets
• Oversee the annual operating, capital, and program budgets
• Provide support towards annual business plans
• Oversee capital expenditure and initiatives
• Ensure robust financial forecasting
• Regular monitoring of cash flow
• Regulate Payroll Processing, and expense reports process
• Evaluate current systems and determine if the implementation of new systems related to accounting and payroll is necessary
