Commercial Lender

 We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Lender to join our team. This role is responsible for soliciting new loan and deposit opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and ensuring sound credit decisions. The ideal candidate will have experience with Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) deals, a strong understanding of credit, and the ability to present deals to key decision makers within the organization. 

Key Responsibilities:

· Solicit new loans by proactively identifying and engaging potential clients. 

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with businesses and individuals. 

· Analyze financial conditions and operating history of loan applicants to assess risk and feasibility. 

· Evaluate creditworthiness and structure loans in alignment with company policies. 

· Work closely with the credit department to ensure smooth underwriting and approval processes. 

· Present loan proposals to key stakeholders in the Bank with confidence and clarity. 

· Manage a portfolio of commercial loans, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation. 

· Develop strategies to attract and retain core deposits, ensuring long-term financial stability

· Leverage the Bank’s digital banking solutions to effectively cross-sell cash management products that align with customer needs

Experience:
