Commercial Lines Account Manager

Martin Grant Associates is partnering with a growing insurance organization to find an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager in Milaca, MN.

This opportunity is ideal for a commercial insurance professional who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing an established book of business, and serving as a trusted resource for clients’ insurance needs.

The Job

As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of an assigned book of commercial business while working closely with clients and producers.

You will:

• Manage and maintain an assigned book of commercial insurance accounts
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and their ongoing insurance needs
• Partner with producers on renewals, coverage strategy, and client retention
• Manage day-to-day client questions, requests, and service needs
• Conduct coverage reviews, needs analyses, and strategy discussions
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication
• Educate clients on industry trends, coverage considerations, and emerging risks
• Identify cross-sell opportunities when appropriate
• Manage complex accounts and high-level service deliverables
• Meet with clients virtually and in person as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Current Property & Casualty insurance license required
• Commercial Lines insurance experience strongly preferred
• Account management, client service, or consultative insurance experience preferred
• Agency, brokerage, or underwriting experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverages
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate confidently with clients
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Commercial quoting experience is a plus
