The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and risk management solutions within the commercial insurance sector. The Account Manager will manage customer accounts, coordinate with underwriters, producers, brokers, and ensure the highest quality of service and satisfaction for each client. The Account Manager will also be expected to negotiate pricing and coverage terms, generate leads, and maintain relationships with clients. The Account Manager will also provide loss control services, manage claims, and promote the sale of commercial insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and risk management solutions to clients in the commercial insurance sector.
Coordinate with producers, underwriters, and sales staff to ensure client satisfaction.
Negotiate pricing and coverage terms for clients.
Generate leads and maintain relationships with clients.
Provide loss control services and manage claims.
Promote the sale of commercial insurance products.
Qualifications:
Insurance Account Management Experience
Experience in Employee Benefits, Insurance Sales, and Revenue Generation.
Knowledge of Risk Management, Business Insurance, and Surety Bonds.
Insurance Professional Designation (i.e. CPCU or CIC).
Experience in Strategic Risk Management, Loss Control Services, and Claims Management.
Active Property & Casualty License.
Experience in Commercial Lines Insurance.
Strong Relationship Building and Relationship Management skills.
