Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced insurance professional with 3+ years of commercial insurance experience and a current Property & Casualty License. If you are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrive in a team environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing ongoing support and follow-ups.

Utilize a consultative approach to educate clients on insurance options tailored to their needs.

Generate leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services.

Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent client service and policy management.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial insurance (required)

Current Property & Casualty License

Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)

Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset

Detail-oriented and highly organized

Ability to learn and navigate computer systems efficiently

Team player with a proactive approach to client service
