We are seeking a professional and knowledgeable Commercial and Personal Lines Producer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with commercial line clients. Our location has been in Sanford and Deland for more than 40 years and our phone rings off the hook.

If you are tired of "generating your own leads", we are the broker for you. We have live customer on the phones, seeking quotes every hour.

Responsibilities

Identify new commercial insurance opportunities

Develop relationships with clients and prospective clients

Respond to inquiries from clients and prospective clients

Provide accurate quotes and supplemental information

Monitor and report on key metrics regarding sales targets

Collaborate with colleagues and provide training when necessary

Participate in regular continuing education classes

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and information

Review and verify client audits

Qualifications

Active insurance license -2-20 and/or 4-40

Previous experience as a personal or commercial lines producer or in a similar role

Independent Agency Experience Required.

Skilled in negotiation and communication

Highly organized with strong time management skills

Compensation: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
