The Opportunity
Were seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join one of our esteemed clients, a prestigious national law firm, in their Dallas, TX office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to complex litigation cases while working with a team dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

What Youll Do
Lead with Purpose: Oversee all phases of complex commercial litigation, including pleadings, depositions, motions, and settlement negotiations.
Analyze and Innovate: Craft effective legal strategies and articulate courses of action to clients.
Collaborate for Success: Work closely with a dynamic team of professionals to deliver outstanding legal services.
Deliver Excellence: Participate in trials or arbitrations and provide top-tier representation to clients.

What You Bring to the Table
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, with trial or arbitration experience preferred but not required.
Education: JD from a reputable law school with strong academic credentials.
Bar Admission: Active Texas bar license required.
Skills: Superior interpersonal and communication skills, strong judgment, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects.
Mindset: Proactive, dynamic, and entrepreneurial with a commitment to excellence and the community.

Litigation Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, depositions, motions, and settlement negotiations.
