Job Description - Commercial Litigation Associate

Offit Kurman, a growing full-service law firm, is seeking a litigation associate with at least 3 years of experience to join our Philadelphia office. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a range of civil matters, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and attending court appearances.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience
Strong writing, research, and communication skills
PA bar admission required (NJ a plus)
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
