The Opportunity
We're seeking a Lateral Litigation Associate to join one of our esteemed clients in their Portland, Oregon office. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on complex civil and business litigation matters within a collaborative and supportive team.

What You'll Do

• Manage Complex Litigation: Represent a diverse range of businesses and individuals in federal and state court proceedings, as well as in alternative dispute resolution venues.
• Deliver Advocacy Excellence: Draft and argue motions, conduct discovery, and participate in all stages of litigation with precision and strategic insight.
• Collaborate with Experts: Work closely with experienced practitioners on sophisticated litigation matters at both the local and national levels.
• Drive Client Success: Provide exceptional client service by delivering high-quality legal solutions.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in civil or complex business litigation, with judicial clerkship experience encouraged.
  • Experience with large-scale litigation matters and e-discovery is a plus.
• Education: J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Skills:
  • Superb written and oral advocacy skills.
  • Commitment to professionalism, excellence, and a strong work ethic.
• Mindset: Eagerness to practice law at a high level within a collegial and collaborative environment.
