Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join our team in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation and a passion for providing exceptional legal representation to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle a high volume of complex commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution

Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and trials

Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the case

Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members to develop case strategies and provide legal advice

Manage case deadlines and ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks

Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations in the commercial litigation field

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Active license to practice law in the state of Florida

2-5 years of experience in commercial litigation

Strong research, writing, and analytical skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Detail-oriented and able to manage a high volume of cases

Proven track record of successful case outcomes

Experience with e-discovery and case management software is a plus
