Key Responsibilities:

• Draft complex case evaluations, pleadings, motions, and litigation documents
• Handle all phases of litigation from inception through trial and appeal
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft memoranda
• Manage discovery processes, including depositions and written discovery
• Collaborate with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel
• Analyze insurance coverage and extra-contractual disputes
• Draft coverage opinions and assessments

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of complex litigation experience (defense-side preferred)
• Strong interest in insurance law and emerging risks
• Excellent writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
• Strong case management and client communication experience
• Licensed and in good standing in Washington, DC
• Federal District Court or Appellate clerkship experience (preferred)
• Strong academic background and stable resume
