Associate – Commercial Litigation

Location: Timonium, MD

Offit Kurman, a
growing full-service Am Law 200 firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join
our Commercial Litigation Practice Group in our Timonium, MD office.

This position is ideal
for recent law school graduates or junior associates with 0–3 years of
experience who are eager to build their skills in a collaborative and dynamic
environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Drafting motions, pleadings,
  discovery, and related litigation documents


• Conducting legal research and
  analysis on a wide range of commercial litigation matters


• Participating in case strategy
  and preparation for hearings, depositions, and trials

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law
  school and admission to practice (or pending admission) in Maryland


• 0–3 years of commercial
  litigation experience (law school litigation clinic, clerkship, or firm
  experience welcome)


• FINRA experience or strong
  interest is a plus


• Exceptional oral, written, and
  analytical skills


• Strong attention to detail,
  ability to work independently, and commitment to client service
