• 2+ years of experience in commercial litigation or related fields.
• Strong litigation background, including managing cases from inception to trial.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a focus on precision and clarity.
• Proven ability to conduct legal research and develop strategies.
• Candidates must be licensed to practice in Michigan, with preference for Illinois opportunities.
