Commercial Litigation Attorney, Counsel Level

Offit Kurman is a Am Law 200 firm seeking a seasoned litigation attorney at the counsel level to join our Philadelphia office. The ideal candidate will bring at least 8 years of experience handling a wide range of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution. This role is designed for a highly capable litigator looking for a platform to deepen client relationships, manage cases with autonomy, and contribute meaningfully to a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications:

• Active bar admission in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey (required)


• 8+ years of litigation experience in commercial litigation


• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills


• Experience managing cases independently, including depositions, discovery, motion practice, and court appearances


• Ability to work collaboratively with partners and associates across offices

Responsibilities:

• Lead or second-chair active litigation matters across state and federal courts


• Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation
