Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney (LA Office)

Offit Kurman, a growing full-service law firm, is seeking a litigation associate with at least two years of experience to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney interested in long-term career growth and developing a practice in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.

Position Details:

We are looking for candidates with strong defense-side litigation experience. While experience in commercial litigation is a plus, it is not required. Ideal candidates will have:

  2+ years of litigation experience

  Excellent legal research and writing skills

  
  


• 
  

  Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery

  
  


• 
  

  Strong organizational and communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines

  
  


• 
  

  Active bar license in California

  
  

• Position is located downtown. After a brief period, may consider a partial hybrid schedule
