Location
Orlando, Florida. This position is based in the Orlando office. The client has not yet confirmed whether the role is fully on-site or offers any hybrid flexibility.
Note
Candidates must have at least 3 years of direct commercial litigation paralegal experience. Strong drafting skills and hands-on experience with e-filing, e-discovery, Westlaw research, and billable time entries are required.

Job Description
Support attorneys with commercial litigation matters from case opening through resolution.
Draft and revise pleadings, discovery materials, correspondence, and other litigation documents.
Handle electronic filing and help ensure court submissions are accurate and timely.
Coordinate e-discovery, document collection, organization, review, and production.
Conduct legal and factual research using Westlaw.
Maintain organized case files, calendars, deadlines, and litigation materials.
Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, courts, vendors, and other parties.
Accurately prepare and maintain billable time entries.
Help attorneys stay organized and prepared throughout active litigation matters.
Qualifications
3+ years of commercial litigation paralegal experience required.
Strong legal drafting experience required.
Hands-on e-filing experience.
Hands-on e-discovery experience.
Proficiency with Westlaw research.
Experience accurately recording billable time.
Keyboarding speed of at least 50 WPM required, with 80+ WPM strongly preferred.
Excellent organization, writing, communication, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple active matters and deadlines.
