Commercial Litigation Paralegal - Join a Market Leader

We are currently searching for an experienced Paralegal to join a very successful law group in Downtown Miami, FL, supporting their Commercial litigation practice.

As a Paralegal, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting attorneys in document preparation, proofreading, revising, and filing
- Calendaring court deadlines
- Scheduling travel, appointments, and maintaining calendars
- Managing files and records
- Handling submission of in-take and conflict requests
- Time entry and client billing
- Collaborating with other legal administrative assistants and attorneys when necessary
- Assisting with preparations for depositions and trials

Qualifications:
- Be well-versed in State and Federal court procedures, including e-filing.
- Professionalism and confidentiality
- Flexibility and organizational skills
- Proactive approach to tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Familiarity with electronic document management systems
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in a commercial litigation practice.
