Commercial Vehicle Litigation Paralegal (Plaintiff-Side)

We handle complex, high-value cases involving 18-wheelers, box trucks, delivery fleets, and other commercial vehicles. We’re looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to help us push these cases toward maximum results.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a      caseload of commercial vehicle accident cases through trial, if necessary
• Gather and      analyze key evidence including crash reports, driver logs, ECM (“black      box”) data, maintenance records, and employment files
• Draft      petitions, discovery responses, medical chronologies, and demand packages
• Coordinate      accident reconstructions, site inspections, and expert retention
• Review and      summarize voluminous medical records and billing statements
• Maintain      frequent and empathetic communication with clients
• Track      deadlines, manage dockets, and ensure timely filings in state and federal      court
• Prepare      exhibits, trial binders, and support attorneys during hearings,      depositions, and trial

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience      managing large-scale discovery and working with expert witnesses
• Excellent      drafting, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Familiarity      with case management systems 
• Strong      attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced      plaintiff-side practice
• Bilingual      (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
