Purpose:
The individual is responsible for proactively executing integrated sales, service and relationship strategies to support growth and retention of business customers. Develop new business relationships, as well as cross-marketing/needs fulfillment for existing clients.

Qualified candidate will have commercial lending experience and/or formal credit training. Requires a four year college degree in business, finance or a similar business related field or equivalent work experience and/or formal bank training schools and seminars. Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis and loan structure preferred, but not required. Strong customer service, analytical and organization skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must possess the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently and within team setting.
Wages are commensurate with experience and a complete benefits package is providing including educational reimbursement with First Citizens paying 100% of tuition for full time employees; student loan dept repayment; paid time off; 401(k); health, dental, vision insurance; and more.
