Position Summary

This position is largely responsible for preparing and processing required loan documentation and assisting other loan personnel to ensure the successful operation of the loan department. This individual must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. 

Essential Duties

• Act as point-of-contact for internal and external stakeholders for collecting required loan documents (home, auto ins, financials, etc.) 
• Upload and track loan documentation within the Loan Origination System (Abrigo)
• Record retention of exception loans and HMDA-reportable loans for year end
• Responsible for monthly reporting including, but not limited to, customer past-dues, delinquencies, and ticklers
• Prepare loan memorandum in conjunction with Loan Officer before the loan goes for approval 
• Perform preliminary cash-flow analysis to determine the prospective customer’s ability to repay the loan
• Facilitate draw requests between the Bank’s centralized loan operations department, customer, and loan officer
• Complete internal checklists ensuring compliance with regulations, internal policies, and procedures with accuracy for loans including CRE, C&I, and commercial construction among others
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Education:      Associates or Bachelors from accredited college or university is preferred
• Experience:       3+ years with education or commensurate experience preferred
• Software:       Microsoft Office, Excel, Abrigo (LOS)
